Ann Justice

Ann has over 30 years experience of working in education – including posts in marketing, curriculum development, entrepreneurship, e-learning and occupational standards. She has held senior positions in a number of national and international projects with a focus on TVET reform, qualification frameworks, educational policy, the development of education-industry partnerships and all areas of public relations and marketing.


Bastian Baumann

Bastian Baumann is the Managing Director of EQAA, the European Quality Assurance Agency. He also works as an independent consultant on higher education, focussing on strategic management and development and higher education reform implementation, including quality assurance, recognition, credit systems and qualifications frameworks.


Bill Sutcliff

Bill Sutcliff 35 years of experience in education. He worked with the Public Education Evaluation Commission to develop and establish a Saudi Arabian National Qualifications Framework in 2015. He works now as a Team Leader Punjab Skills Development Project in Pakistan.


George Herd

George has 33 years of experience as a senior lecturer, project manager, head of faculty, and consultant in education, mostly concerned with reform and improvement of vocational education. Prior to this, he spent 18 years in the automotive and electronics industries.


Klemen Miklavic,

Vocational and Higher Education expert with over 15 years of experience in education reforms, skills, labour market, Qualification Frameworks, TVET development and quality of education. He worked on educational projects for various international organisations (including the Council of Europe, OSCE, Open Society, European Commission…) as well as supported national and local authorities in reforming their higher education and vocational training sectors.


Malgorzata Szewc

Polish Expert in Arabic and Islamic Studies graduated from Warsaw University gaining her knowledge and experience through a number of scholarships including Kuwait University and the Bourguiba Institute of Modern Languages in Tunis. 


Mile Dželalija

Mile Dzelalija has over 25 years of experience in various areas of education and research, including all levels of higher education, vocational education and training, general education. Recent years he worked as an expert and consultant to Council of Europe and ministries in Greece, Turkey, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Austria, FYR of Macedonia, and Montenegro, developing and implementing their qualifications frameworks.


Stephen Morley

Stephen is a highly qualified and innovative senior project manager with over 25 years combined experience in servicing education and vocational training projects, including teaching and learning strategies both in the UK and internationally
